Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India only. Every order is packed with care and dispatched as quickly as possible once it's confirmed.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually on the faster end of this window; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location, and will always be shown to you before you pay.

Payment on Orders

We currently accept prepaid orders only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please reach out to us.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or tracking hasn't updated in a while, email us at support@ombrellia.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
